Beloved Tickets

August 9-12, 2019 in Tidewater, OR

We are so excited to announce that the Shakti Journal Team will be attending the 12th Annual Beloved Festival in Tidewater Falls, OR, this August 9th-12th. This is not an ordinary festival but rather a wholehearted gathering centered around the three pillars of vulnerability, belonging and liberation. Beloved is designed as a place for participants to experience sacred and wholesome connection through music, art, yoga and one another.

If you’ve been following all the crazy news this year about the country’s biggest music festivals getting canceled, or all the recent coverage of Coachella’s problems with sexual assault and lack of diversity, then you may be especially interested Beloved Festival and the all-inclusive, accepting social environment it provides in the name of finding cooperation, community and new models of healthy relating.

This will also be an incredible opportunity to share in the story of Beloved’s children, teens and families who have been helping make this gathering a trend-breaking experiment where our typical social paradigm is set aside in favor of openly fostering belonging and connection.

For Beloved, the integrity of its spiritual roots is reflected in its lineup, which features artists that promote peace and social justice including Nahko and Medicine for the People, Digable Planets, Ghost Note, Sudan Archives, Dobet Gnahoré, Be Svendsen, ÌFÉ, Climbing PoeTree, Taina Asili, Jupiter & Okwess, Fanna-Fi-Allah, Alam Khan, Pandit Anindo Chatterjee, Witch Prophet, and Yungchen Lhamo. Beloved’s artists defy the status quo by honoring the lineages, histories and communities that fuel social and spiritual movements.

If all of this interests you, we would love to connect with you there! Weekend event passes are available for $270 but the ticket prices will increase to $297 once these Tier 1 tickets are sold out. Tickets are available here.
